Setting up SMS notifications

Enterprise users can enable and customize SMS notifications in Manifestly. Like email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams notifications, you can choose exactly which events trigger SMS messages.

Set up SMS notifications

1. Verify your phone number

   • Open Manifestly Settings and go to Notifications > SMS.
   • Enter your phone number.
   • You will receive a text message with a confirmation code.
   • Enter the code to verify your number.

2. Choose which notifications to receive

   • Most SMS notification options mirror the ones you use for email, Slack, or Teams by default.
   • Several important types—such as mentions, reminders, and assignments—are turned on by default.
   • You have full control to customize these choices to fit your preferences.

3. What an SMS notification includes

   • The title of the run.
   • The Step name, if applicable.
   • A link to open the run in Manifestly.

4. Costs and availability

   • There is no per-message cost from Manifestly.
   • SMS notifications are available only with the Enterprise subscription.
