Create a new run automatically on step completion
With a workflow automation you can set up Workflow A to automatically create and assign Workflow B when a specific step is completed in the originating workflow.
For example, let’s say you’re a Property Management firm and have a workflow to review potential new tenants. You can set up a workflow automation such that completing a step when the applicant is accepted will create and assign a new run using the Tenant Onboarding workflow. You can even pass data from the first checklist to the new run.
To use this feature, go to the edit page of a workflow and look for the icon on the steps. Please watch the video to see details on using this feature.
