Does Manifestly integrate with other services?
Yes. Manifestly connects to other systems four ways, and you almost always want the simplest one that does the job.
Zapier, for most things
Zapier connects Manifestly to over a thousand other cloud services with no code. It works in both directions: start a run in Manifestly when something happens elsewhere, and update another system when a run or step is completed.
Typical uses: a signed contract creates the onboarding run, a completed run updates the CRM, a form submission starts a request workflow. See Use Zapier to Create a New Run from a Hubspot Deal and Using Zapier to upload a data collection field to Google Drive.
Webhooks, to push events out
When you want Manifestly to tell your own system that something happened, without Zapier in the middle. See Using Webhooks for Integrations and Automations.
The API, to pull data and act
For a system that needs to ask Manifestly for things or create records on its own schedule. See The Manifestly API.
MCP, for AI assistants
Connect an assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT directly to your account and work with it in conversation. See Connecting AI Assistants to Manifestly.
Built in, no setup code
Slack, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, calendar feeds and Google sign-in are supported directly. See Manifestly – Slack Startup Guide, Microsoft Teams – Getting Started and Manifestly Salesforce Integration Setup Guide.
Which to choose
Start with the built-in integration if one exists, then Zapier, then webhooks, then the API. Every step down that list is more capable and more work to maintain, and most teams never need to go past Zapier.
