How long is account activity available?

For the life of your account.

One of the big benefits of a checklist service like Manifestly is always having access to searchable audit history of everything that has been done. You can go back and look at specific runs to see who completed the steps, when did they complete it, what data they entered, and any comments. Even data on what checklists and steps were late.

This account history is available for this history of your subscription.

To view and search your account’s activity, click Reports in the sidebar, then select the Activities tab.

And choose the activities tab on the following page. You can filter by department, person, and even by the type of activity.

Activity Specific to a Run

If you’re looking for the activity on a specific run, you can view that within the run. Just click the last icon in the list.
