Delete Completed Tasks on QuickLists

Access and Delete Completed Tasks

1. Open the Ad Hoc Run Steps view for your run.
2. Filter to Completed tasks.
3. Click Delete completed tasks and confirm when prompted.

What Gets Removed and What Remains

• Removal: completed task records and their substeps are permanently deleted, including their history.
• Remains: the audit trail stays so you can review what was removed and by whom.
• Recovery options: use the audit trail to reconstruct or re-create tasks if needed; there is no automatic undo described.
