Adding review and approval steps
In some situations you might want a manager approval of the work performed by others. This can be accomplished in Manifestly by using conditional logic and step assignments.
How to implement this:
- Create the approval step or section
- Use conditional logic to hide that step until the rest of the steps are completed
- Assign the approval step to the reviewer role or person
When the conditional logic is triggered, at that time the review step becomes active and notifications are sent to the reviewer for their review. The run is not completed until their review is complete. If they don’t like the work completed, they can uncomplete steps and use comments to let those responsible know about the review.
