Can Manifestly be used for managing virtual assistants?

Yes, we have a specific user permission role for virtual assistants.

In Manifestly there are four user permission levels: admin, user, member, and limited. You will want to choose the limited role for your virtual assistants. Limited users are free and don’t count toward your subscription.

Limited users are capped at 15 runs per month. If a virtual assistant regularly works on more than that, move them to member — the same access to the runs you assign them, with no monthly cap, though a member does count toward your subscription.

You set the role on the team management page when you add the person to your account.

Limited users can only see the runs you have assigned them. You can track their status and be updated if the runs or tasks they are working on become late.
