Resorting steps and sections in the workflow editor

In Manifestly Workflows, you can easily re-sort your steps. If you hover over a step or a section, you'll see an icon to re-sort and another one to add a step. If you grab the sort icon and drag, the step will go to the new location. You can also re-sort sections, and you can move steps from one section to another.
