Deleting Completed Tasks on Ad Hoc Run Steps
Overview
You can remove all steps that are already completed for an Ad Hoc Run. All completed steps, along with their substeps, will be deleted. After deletion, the run’s inline form refreshes to reflect the updated state. The flow shown does not include a confirmation dialog, so use this with caution.
How to delete completed tasks
- Open the Ad Hoc Run that contains the steps you want to clean up.
- Choose the option to delete completed tasks for this run.
- The system removes every completed step and its substeps.
- The UI updates automatically to show the current run state.
