Global Search
Overview
Global search lets you locate items across your entire account. You can search by workflow titles, run titles, as well as the content and comments inside steps.
Using Global Search
Open the global search
- Type command-k to open the global search.
- Enter the term you want to search for.
Limit results to Workflows, Runs, or QuickLists (if you have an Enterprise subscription)
- After submitting your search, you have the ability to filter results by workflow or run title, step title, comments, and step content.
What gets searched for Workflow
- Workflow titles
- Step titles
- Content within steps
What gets searched for RUns
- Run titles
- Step titles
- Comments within steps
