Microsoft Teams Integration Overview
If your team lives in Microsoft Teams, Manifestly works inside it rather than alongside it. You can do most day-to-day work without leaving Teams.
What you can do in Teams
- See your inbox of assignments.
- Complete steps and runs, exactly as you would on the web.
- Browse workflows and start new runs.
- Edit workflows without switching to a browser.
Notifications
Manifestly notifications arrive as Teams chats, each with a button that takes you straight to the run inside Teams. Nine notification types are available on Teams and you choose which. See Configuring Notifications into Microsoft Teams.
Worth knowing: the digests and a few longer-format messages stay on email, so do not turn email off entirely when you switch to Teams.

Teams or Slack
Both integrations cover the same ground: notifications where your team already talks, and enough of the app embedded to act on them. Use whichever your organisation actually uses. Running both tends to mean each notification arrives twice and people mute one of them.
