Canceling your subscription or trial

Both paid subscriptions and free trials can be canceled from the same place in Manifestly. Canceling deactivates the account.

Before you cancel

  • You must be a master admin on the account to cancel.
  • You will be asked for a one-time code (OTP) that is emailed to you, so make sure you have access to that inbox.
  • Canceling deactivates the whole account. Workflows, runs, and users will lose access.

How to cancel

  1. Go to Settings and open Subscription.
  2. Click Cancel.
  3. Check your email for the one-time code, enter it on the cancel page, and optionally share feedback.
  4. Click Cancel Account to confirm.

If you're on a trial

Your trial ends right away and you will not be charged. You can start a new trial or subscribe again later by signing back in and choosing a plan.

If you're on a paid subscription

Your subscription is canceled and the account is deactivated. You will not be billed again. If you want to keep access to your workflows and data, do not cancel. Downgrade or pause instead by contacting us before you cancel.

Changed your mind?

If you cancel by accident, contact us as soon as possible and we can help reactivate the account.
