Archiving and Restoring Workflows
Archiving does not delete the Workflow or its history, but it removes it from the main list of workflows your users will interact with. You need admin permissions for the department to archive or restore workflows.
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on a Workflow, then click Archive under “Other tasks.” The Workflow is removed from the active list. All active runs are closed and scheduled runs are deleted.
To restore, find the link to the Archived Workflows link on the bottom of the Workflows page. Then find the Workflow, and click Un-Archive to return it to the active list.
