Formatting and entry in a run
- In a run, you can see the format the number will be saved in. You can enter a number without parentheses or dashes, and it will be saved in that standard format.
Country code behavior
- The phone number input currently works with the +1 country code. You don’t have to enter +1; the value is saved with the +1 automatically.
SMS automation
- Because the system can automatically include +1, phone number data collection fields can be used in the automated SMS sending feature in your workflows.
