Create a new workflow run automatically on step completion

With a workflow automation you can set up Workflow A to automatically create and assign Workflow B when a specific step is completed in the originating workflow.

For example, let’s say you’re a Property Management firm and have a workflow to review potential new tenants. You can set up a workflow automation such that completing a step when the applicant is accepted will create and assign a new checklist run using the Tenant Onboarding workflow. You can even pass data from the first checklist to the new checklist run.

To use this feature, go to the edit page of a workflow and look for the icon on the steps. Please watch the video to see details on using this feature.
