Overview
In Manifestly you can use AI to create workflows or add steps to existing workflows. This guide covers how to auto-generate a new AI-driven workflow and how to add AI-generated steps to specific sections or to existing workflows. Example workflow: "Listing a property for rent".
Create a New AI-Generated Workflow
Start with Auto-Generation
- Click the Auto-generate button to create a new workflow based on a short description (for example, "Listing a property for rent").
- AI will generate sections and steps automatically from your description.
Add more steps to each section
- For any section, click the plus icon to add more steps with AI.
- Review the AI-suggested steps and select the sub-steps you want to include by clicking them.
Regenerate a Workflow
Refresh to a brand-new workflow
- You can completely regenerate a workflow to generate a brand-new structure (for example, a new workflow for listing a property).
- Then you can go to each section and add more steps with AI by prompting the system and choosing which steps to add.
Add AI Steps to an Existing Workflow
Add steps to a section
- Open the existing workflow and navigate to the section where you want AI help.
- Click the plus button labeled "Add steps with AI".
- The system sends prompts to AI; review the suggested steps and choose which ones to include.
Notes and Tips
- You can apply AI-generated steps to any section in any workflow.
- You can mix AI-generated steps with your own processes.
