The list of highly secure, full featured, cloud based document storage services is impressive and you can use any of these to be the document store when using Manifestly Checklists

Data Collection Type URL

There are many options when collecting data in Manifestly. One option is described as Website input in the list of data options. You can use this data collection choice when you want someone to upload a file to complete a step.

When your team is completing the checklists, they will:

1. Upload the relevant documents into your organization’s cloud storage system
2. Copy the URL for that secure document
3. Paste the URL into the step’s data collection field.

This will complete the step while also ensuring that the security systems and practices you have in your document storage service are still used for these documents and your team can utilize those files and the collection of them within your workflows in Manifestly.
