In Slack, you can control who has posting capabilities into channels. Every Slack account has this capability for the #general channel, while Plus and Enterprise plans can change this setting for any channel. It looks like this:
If you are trying to use the ManifestlyBot in a restricted channel, you will need to add the Bot as one of the users with posting permissions.
