Manifestly is priced simply at $8/user/month or sign up for a yearly subscription and receive a 17% discount. You can add or remove users at any time and our system will automatically calculate your next invoice – even yearly subscribers.
The user total for your subscription is calculated based on the number of people with permissions level of Admin and User. The people you have set up with as a Limited User role are not counted when determining your subscription level.
Manifestly has a free version of our service which includes all features. There is one main constraint which is that accounts with the free subscription are constrained to 6 checklist runs per month. If you use more than 6 checklist runs in a given month, the additional checklists will be created, but your team won’t be able to work on them until the month period resets.
At any time you can upgrade from the free version to the standard version which gives you an unlimited number of checklist runs you can create.
Can I add or remove users after subscribing?
You can change the number of users in your account at any time and we will make the adjustment on your next billing cycle – even for accounts that purchase a yearly subscription. Limited Users – oftentimes used for people such as virtual assistants, partners, clients, and contractors – are free.
Do you offer any subscription discounts?
Non-profits receive a 50% discount and educational organizations receive 25% off their subscription to Manifestly.
When will my credit card be charged?
We do not require a credit card to start your free trial, so the first charge is not until you purchase a subscription after the 30 day free trial.
Can you extend my free trial?
You can choose the free version to extend your trial for as long as you wish.
When can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time and your card will not be charged again. You will not be charged any cancellation or termination fees.
Is there a contract?
No contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Can I pay with PayPal or by check?
Yes. If you require additional payment methods or invoicing options, please contact us and our billing department will work to help you become a customer.
