Notifications Overview

The following notifications are available in Slack and Email while a subset of these are available as browser push notifications.

Every notification can be turned on/off on your profile settings.

Invited to Checklist Notifications

Sent to participants when they are added to a new checklist run. If you are the person creating the checklist run, the system is smart enough not to send you a notification.

New Assignment Notifications

Sent to people when they are assigned a specific step in a checklist run.

Mention Notifications

Sent when someone @mentions you in a comment on a checklist run. Mentions are similar to what happens in Facebook or Twitter.

Comment Notifications

Sent for all comments. This is off by default.

Checklist Completed Notifications

Sent when a checklist run in your account is completed. You can choose to receive none of these, all of them for your account, or only notifications for checklists you are a participant on.

Step Completed Notifications

Sent when a checklist step is completed for a checklist you are part of. You can turn these on or off.

Checklist Almost Late Notifications

Sent when a checklist run in your account is almost late – which is only relevant if you have set a due date for the run. You can choose to receive none of these, all of them for your account, or only notifications for checklists you are a participant on.

Checklist Late Notifications

Sent when a checklist run in your account is late – which is only relevant if you have set a due date for the run. You can choose to receive none of these, all of them for your account, or only notifications for checklists you are a participant on.

New User Added

Sent when a new user is added to your account.

Daily Account Overview

A daily digest of activity in your account including outstanding checklists and late checklists.

Weekly Account Overview (email only)

An overview of your account activity. Includes information on completed, in-progress, and late checklist runs.

To edit these settings, please view your profile settings.
