Manifestly uses tags for helping you organize your workflows and checklists. This is instead of folders, which are less flexible since you can use multiple tags.
You can use tags to organize workflows and checklists by process, client, or anything else related to your business.
Tags on Workflows
You can tag a workflow in the settings section of the workflow edit (video below). Each time you use a workflow, the checklist runs will have those tags from the workflow.

You can tag a checklist run directly or just rely on checklists having the tags of the workflow they are from.
Tags on checklists can be very important for helping you filter and group checklist runs and quickly find the checklists you are looking for.
